Dixie

This site was designed, built, and donated to the Williams family by myself, Susan 'Dixie' Hughes. You may notice some links or pages have a reference to FiddleFart.com. It's OK. I am the owner of fiddlefart.

There are no words to describe what i felt as i picked up family photos throughout the yard full of debris found at the Williams' property a few days after the tornado. To see a tree only a few short years ago that my horses loved, now completely destroyed from the great force of the tornado, brought tears to my eyes. Animals and people alike seemed utterly confused and in a dazed state, not knowing what to do, where to start.

I started to post blogs about my personal experience of what has happened to the family. Lacking adequate insurance, it is obvious that the family needs outside help. Anne and Rick Williams helped me out a few years back when some rough circumstances fell on me, in which time I began to look up to Annie as a big sister. It only feels right to me to try to do everything I can to help them out.

horseshoe    I'm just a truck driver with a hobby of building/designing websites, but felt having a website devoted to helping the Williams for the public to view for consistant information, updates, and ways to contact the family might help to provide the family with the help they so desperately need in this time of crisis.

I contintue to post my personal opinions on various aspects of the crisis in an attempt to address some of the unnecessary, unjustified negativity being projected towards the family and their business. My blogs can be found here.

No living creature -human or animal- deserves what the Williams are going through. I can only hope others will step up in this time of crisis and do what they can to help.
